Before You Order a Custom Golf Cart: A Few Questions You Should Ask Yourself

These days, you can find custom golf carts in almost every shape and size, and things are only getting wilder in the customs market by the minute. While individuals are often looking for carts that just look amazing, businesses often have specific cart needs that customizers are working to meet again and again. Whether you’re looking for a cart to meet the needs of your company or you just want one that looks nothing short of amazing, a custom cart can do it for you.

While simply searching custom golf carts online may seem like the best way to get started, a bit of introspection is actually a much better starting place. Begin by asking yourself these questions:custom golf carts 19th Hole Marketing

How Do I Plan to Use My Cart?
Do a bit of thinking about why you’re ordering a custom golf cart before you actually contact a manufacturer. Are you planning to drive it to the local store and back or will it simply be employed on the golf course? If you’ll be driving it through your warehouse, you should note that too. Your manufacturer will need to know exactly what you plan to do with it before he or she can make any recommendations on the best cart to use before the customization process begins.

What is My Inspiration For This Cart?
Sometimes it can be tough to describe exactly what you’re looking for in the right custom golf cart, but often a photo of your inspiration for the design can be immensely helpful. After all, at least you’ll have something to point to and say “I like this, but I’d like to add this, this, and this.” If you have a cart you’re modeling your custom after, bringing a photo to a design consult is an absolute must.

Do I Need Any Accessories?
Golf carts aren’t just a cool ride anymore. These days, there are hundreds of accessories you can add to a custom cart, and deciding which of those you want to include before the process begins is fairly important to the overall design. Explore your accessory options with your customizer to see what might work for you.

On a personal level, a custom golf cart can be a dream come true. If you’re designing one for your business, it can be the perfect tool to meet your needs. Before you even meet with a designer, though, you have to map out your own thoughts.

What Can Hospitality Carts Do For Your Business?

Your clients and customers have a certain set of expectations when they choose you over your competitors, and these days, it’s easier than ever for them to turn to the other guy. While there are several different ways to make sure that doesn’t happen, one great way is through hospitality carts. Whether you simply use them to make room service deliveries faster or you help to ensure your clients reach the other end of your campus faster, hospitality carts can do so much for your business.

Why Hospitality Carts?
Meeting everyone’s needs is more difficult than ever, and if you have a large facility or campus, doing so in a timely manner is certainly going to be frustrating. Hospitality carts, though, can make that quite a bit easier. For a relatively small investment, you can have a rechargeable vehicle with almost no ongoing costs that helps to decrease wait times and change the way people look at your company forever.

Lots of Options
If you haven’t yet seen hospitality carts in use throughout your industry, you’re likely too soon. There are so many different things you can do. If your campus is fairly large, employ a hospitality cart to make certain clients can reach their destination quickly and comfortably, without adding traffic to your already crowded spacing. If you have a warehouse that you need to navigate quickly to ensure deliveries get to their destination on time, a hospitality cart can help. Looking to make certain your team members have the supplies they need in every area? A hospitality cart can help there too. With a variety of sizes available, no matter what you need to carry, you’ll get the right supplies from place to place in a hurry.

Build Your Own
Your business has unique needs, and custom hospitality cart manufacturers understand that more than ever these days. With the right sizes, shapes, and storage options to meet your needs, you’ll find the ideal cart right away or they’ll let you build your own to meet your specific needs. As with anything, the off-the-shelf solution might not be right for you, so make certain you meet with dealers who have at least some custom options available.

Hospitality carts are a wonderful way to meet the needs of your company and your customers or clients at the same time. Take a look at them today, and start changing the way your company moves.

Stocking Your Golf Beverage Cart

On almost any day of the week, a golf beverage cart is a welcome site on the course. Just the thought of a refreshing beverage or a sandwich is enough to inspire many golfers to reach into their wallets, even when they’re in the zone. If you’ve just started offering this service to your golfers, though, it’s important to remember that keeping your golf beverage cart well supplied is an absolute must, or your golfers will be disappointed every single time.

The Right Supplies
Not sure what you want to put on your menu? There’s certainly a few expectations almost every golfer on your course will have.

  • Beer: It’s an absolute must, and you’re going to want to include a few big names on your list. Make sure you have Bud Light and Miller Lite on hand. You may also want to go with Corona, Beck’s, and Heineken as well.

  • Additional Beverages: You’ll want to keep bottled water and sports drinks like Gatorade on hand as well. Additionally, you may want a selection of sodas too, but the brand names will depend on any contracts you currently have with other beverage companies.

  • Snacks: Sure, your guests are thirsty, but they’re hungry too, so keeping a solid supply of snacks on hand is a good idea. Many beverage carts carry a small supply of cold sandwiches, but if you’d prefer to leave that off the menu, you should certainly go with a solid group of candy and energy bars, chips, and crackers. You may also want to include some easy to eat fruit choices like sliced apples and grapes.

Training Your Beverage Cart Staff
Before you ever launch your beverage cart service, make certain you carefully train your staff members. They need to understand how to refill the cart, keep the beverages cool, and interact with your golfers. They need to understand where to drive, how to get a group’s attention, and how to stay out of the way as well.

Your beverage cart can be a serious addition to your course, and it’s as good for your golfers as it is for your profit margin. Keep it well stocked, and you’ll never be disappointed with performance.
